Agentshift simulates the reorganisation of a company around AI agents: who they replace, what it saves, what it costs, and in which order. It runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad, without an account or a server.
Getting started
- Open the app and tap Get started.
- Tap New company and follow the four steps: identity, headcount and payroll, organisation, ambition. You can also tap Load the examples to explore two sample companies.
- Read the plan: indicators, charts, Who replaces whom, roadmap, deployed agents. Adjust assumptions at any time; the plan is recomputed instantly.
- Share the PDF report from the ⋯ menu.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my companies stored? On your device only, in the app's private storage. Deleting the app deletes them.
How does the company lookup work? As you type a name, the app asks the French public business registry (api.gouv.fr) for matching companies and can pre-fill sector, headcount band and a typical organization. Payroll is never published there, so it is estimated and clearly marked as such. Companies outside France are entered by hand.
Are the numbers real? They are orders of magnitude from an editable model, meant to start a discussion. Agentshift is neither legal advice nor a decision.
Why don't I see the Apple Intelligence button? It only appears on devices where Apple's on-device language model is available. Otherwise the deterministic memo is shown.
Which languages? English and French, following your device settings.

Pour commencer
- Ouvrez l'app et touchez Commencer.
- Touchez Nouvelle entreprise et suivez les quatre étapes : identité, effectif et masse salariale, organisation, ambition. Charger les exemples ouvre deux entreprises de démonstration.
- Lisez le plan : indicateurs, graphiques, Qui remplace qui, feuille de route, agents déployés. Les hypothèses se modifient à tout moment.
- Partagez le rapport PDF depuis le menu ⋯.
Questions fréquentes
Où sont stockées mes entreprises ? Sur votre appareil uniquement. Supprimer l'app les supprime.
Comment fonctionne la recherche d'entreprise ? Pendant la saisie du nom, l'app interroge le registre public des entreprises françaises (api.gouv.fr) et peut pré-remplir le secteur, la tranche d'effectif et une organisation type. La masse salariale n'y est jamais publiée : elle est estimée et signalée comme telle. Les entreprises hors de France se saisissent à la main.
Les chiffres sont-ils réels ? Ce sont des ordres de grandeur issus d'un modèle modifiable, faits pour ouvrir une discussion. Ni avis juridique, ni décision.
